On behalf of Saint Catharine Parish, we are writing to ask for your support of our annual St. Catharine Summer Fun Festival.

St. Catharine Parish is a dynamic member of the Bexley/Eastmoor community.  Our parish community works both within the parish as well as with other local groups to assist those in need.  While most of the money to enable this help comes from parishioners, the Summer Fun Fest is a significant source of funding.  This year’s festival will take place Thursday, June 9th, Friday June 10th and Saturday, June 11th.  As always, the St. Catharine Fun Fest will take place on the parish grounds at Fair Ave and Gould Rd.

Last year the Fun Fest hosted more then 8,000 festival visitors consisting both of parishioners and neighbors, over the course of the three day event.  The Silent Auction was a tremendous success and is responsible a large portion of the festival’s revenue.  Contributions from parishioners and local businesses have helped make the Silent Auction the success that it is.

We would like to request your help this year by asking you to make a donation to our Silent Auction at the Fun Fest.  Your company or business will be recognized for your contribution.  If you would like to include some business cards, we would be happy to put those with your donations as well.  Your generosity would be greatly appreciated.

Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you are able to make a contribution. The sections along with the committee chairs are listed below.  Please feel free to contact anyone on the list. You may wish to collaborate with a friend or two to put together a donation.  In the past, popular items have included a “movie basket”, “art set basket”, “gardening basket” etc.  We truly appreciate any gift, large or small.
